Lagos East By-election: Bariga Council Chairman Alabi Kolade receives PDP Decampee as group donates Souvenirs

ALABI RECEIVES PDP DECAMPEES FROM WARD F,  AS JOINT ETHNIC GROUP DONATES HUNDREDS OF SOUVENIRS TO THE PARTY

Ahead of the December 5th, 2020 Lagos East senatorial bye election, the Chairman of Bariga, Hon Kolade Alabi is leaving no stone unturned, yesterday, received PDP decampees from ward F in his Bawala Secretariat Office. The decampees turned out in their  numbers to pledge loyalty and support to the APC and promised to work for the success of the party in December 5th election and beyond. 

The spokesperson of the decampees said their movement to APC was aided by the exceptional work of the Kolade Alabi admnistration, especially his transformational work in their ward and Bariga in general.

The Council boss thanked them and promised them they would be treated the same way like every other party faithfuls,  they were later given Abiru souvenirs.

In a similar development,  the Bariga APC  joint ethnic group,  a group that brings together various ethnic groups towards building a strong and sustainable ethnic harmonisation, donated hundreds of T‐ shirts and caps as well as banners to the party towards the December 5th election. 

The state coordinator of the group, Mr Iworibo Tamunotonye said the APC members in the group are motivated by the transformational work of Alabi , and the governor of Lagos state, Mr Babajide Sanwoolu. 

The elated Council boss was full of praises and prayers to the group, he promised to support them and  identify with them as far as they are still members of the party. 

" We will always support you, identify with you, support your programes and will not leave you out after the election,  because our partnership is beyond election, you are now part of us and you will benefit from the dividend of democracy"* concluded  the Chairman.
