CPS Fakunle Sheriff Ekundayo reports

The Director for Welfare Directorate of the Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu Campaign Organisation {BOSCO}, Hon. Fatai Adekunle Ayoola, has commenced celebration of the yuletide season with distribution of gifts to members of the group.

Speaking at the venue of the group’s meeting held at BOSCO office on Thursday December 20, 2018, Hon. Ayoola, who is the Executive Chairman of Ajeromi-Ifelodun Local Government Area, encouraged members to remain focus and committed towards the primary function of the group. He said: “Our goal must not be forgotten in this group; every member must live up to their tasks.”

New customized shirts were unveiled and distributed to members of the group. Also, a member of the Welfare Directorate, Mrs. Odubela donated beverages as part of refreshment at the meeting.

The growing number of members in Welfare Directorate was subject of debate at the meeting. This led to Secretary of the group, Mrs. Akindele to call names of members from official list and tag them with their numbers.

“You should remember your number henceforth, because that will serve as your identification code,” she said.

It was learnt that the growth in size of members at Welfare Directorate is not unconnected to the benevolence gesture expressed by leadership of the group, judging from the ‘Freebies’ that usually characterized every meeting session at the welfare Directorate.

Recognizing contributions and support of some top BOSCO Executives to the Welfare Directorate, special customized shirt was presented on behalf of Mr. Tayo Ayinde, the Director General of Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s ICG. Others that were presented with customized shirts include Hon. Mafe, and Hon. Sesan.

Christmas came early as 10kg of branded rice was distributed to each member of the Hon. Fatai Ayoola’s led directorate.
